It is reported that the construction content of Hongene Biotech China covers a number of important facilities such as the quality inspection building, R&D building, preparation workshop, warehouse, small nucleic acid raw material synthesis workshop, etc., with a total construction area of 31,273 m2. It is a major project in the field of biomedicine. The project not only actively promotes the localization of small nucleic acid drug raw materials and products, but also helps to improve the level of small nucleic acid drug research and development and production technology in my country.
In this cooperation, we cooperated with Pharma to precisely match Hongene Biotech China high-standard requirements for small nucleic acid drug research and development facilities, and customized a series of high-quality clean materials, including color steel plate partitions, double-layer windows and steel doors, to fully support the smooth advancement of small nucleic acid drug industrialization research.
In the supply of sandwich panel, Pharma United selects high-quality coated steel plates as the base material, and accurately matches the surface coating according to the customer's processing conditions. For example, stainless steel surfaces are used for areas that require cleaning and disinfection; polyester coating PE is used for Class C and D clean rooms; fluorocarbon coating PVDF is used for Class A and B clean rooms with higher requirements.
It is worth mentioning that in order to better meet the special requirements of the small nucleic acid drug production environment and give the material excellent weather resistance, corrosion resistance, flatness and aesthetics, PVDF will account for the vast majority of the sandwich panel supplied by United Pharma, which is expected to reach more than 80%. The surface coating thickness is as high as ≥150μm, far exceeding ordinary PPGI, showing excellent resistance to hydrogen peroxide.
The double glazing window design takes into account the dual needs of cleaning and fireproof. The split screen design of the window and the wall panel facilitates daily cleaning and maintenance; at the same time, both sides are made of fireproof glass to ensure a fire protection time of 1 hour, protecting the safety of the laboratory.
When it comes to the supply of steel doors, Pharma United strives for excellence. To avoid the problem of traditional steel doors being prone to rust, all steel door frames in the project are made of SS304 and are fluorocarbon sprayed, which fundamentally eliminates the possibility of rust. In addition, Pharma United also strictly controls the color consistency. By purchasing in bulk, it effectively avoids the color difference problem that may occur between different batches, ensuring the overall beauty and coordination of the project.
