Pharma United Co., Ltd. is a Cleanroom Equipment manufacturer supplying weighing booths, pass boxes, laminar air flow units and air showers from our own production base. We design and build these units for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, semiconductor, hospital, food and medical device facilities, and we integrate them into the same pressure and airflow concept that governs our cleanroom panel and door systems.
Our equipment range is part of the Cleanroom Products portfolio and is manufactured alongside the enclosure components used in turnkey projects. This allows us to coordinate wall penetrations, door interlocking, HVAC interfaces and transfer logic from one engineering team, reducing rework and installation delays.
Cleanroom Equipment Range and Application Fit
We supply four product families, each designed for a distinct contamination boundary. The table below shows the primary function, typical placement and configuration focus for each type.
| Equipment | Primary Function | Typical Placement | Configuration Focus |
|---|---|---|---|
| Weighing Booth | Downward airflow and negative pressure containment for powder weighing, sampling and dispensing | Pharmaceutical dispensaries, laboratories, chemical and food areas | SS304 structure, customized size, filter and fan package |
| Pass Box | Interlocked transfer of materials between classified areas | GMP corridors, changing rooms, laboratories, hospitals | SS304, mounting style, door interlocking and optional ventilation |
| Laminar Air Flow | HEPA-filtered unidirectional airflow over a localized clean work zone | Aseptic preparation, component assembly, microbiology work | Work surface size, airflow direction, monitoring and control options |
| Air Shower | High-velocity air jets remove particles from personnel or goods before cleanroom entry | Personnel airlocks, changing rooms, goods entrances | Chamber size, nozzle arrangement, door interlocking and blow cycle |
In a turnkey project, we treat each unit as part of the room pressure and airflow cascade rather than as a standalone cabinet. The equipment layout, supply air direction and return air path are coordinated with the cleanroom classification and the adjacent doors and panels.
Weighing Booth: Contained Powder Handling
Our Weighing Booth units are specialized cleanroom equipment for powder weighing, sampling, dispensing and material transfer. They create a downward airflow and negative pressure working zone, which contains dust, reduces cross-contamination and improves operator safety.
The booth is customized around the working point: table dimensions, container heights, drum or bag handling, and operator access. Main construction is SS304 with smooth sealed surfaces for regular disinfection.
- SS304 main structure with cleanable internal surfaces
- Downward airflow and negative pressure containment
- Configurable fan, HEPA filter, airflow sensor and differential pressure gauge
- PLC-based monitoring and alarm options for continuous processes
Pass Box: Controlled Material Transfer
Pass Box systems transfer materials between cleanroom and non-cleanroom areas, or between rooms with different cleanliness levels. They reduce how often the cleanroom door opens, limit air exchange and lower cross-contamination risk.
We build pass boxes in SS304 with customized dimensions and mounting arrangement. Depending on the transfer protocol, the unit can be a simple interlocked pass-through or include HEPA-filtered ventilation to maintain the receiving room cleanliness during transfer.
- Mechanical or electronic door interlocking
- Flush or surface-mounted installation matched to the wall panel
- Optional HEPA-filtered airflow for controlled transfer
- Available for pharmaceutical, laboratory, hospital, food and electronics environments
Laminar Air Flow: Localized Unidirectional Protection
Our Laminar Air Flow units provide a localized clean work zone with HEPA-filtered unidirectional airflow. They protect products from airborne particles during critical operations such as aseptic preparation, plate pouring, component assembly and small-part handling.
Configuration starts with the working area size and the required cleanliness level. We then match the fan, pre-filter, HEPA filter and airflow monitoring to deliver a uniform air pattern over the work surface.
- SS304 work area and frame
- HEPA-filtered unidirectional airflow
- Airflow sensor and differential pressure gauge for filter condition
- PLC integration for start-up sequencing and alarms
Air Shower: Personnel and Goods Decontamination
Air showers remove dust and particles from personnel or goods before entering the cleanroom. High-velocity air from nozzles blows across the body or load surface, and recirculated air passes through HEPA filters before returning to the chamber.
We configure the chamber size, nozzle layout and door interlocking around the expected traffic and the size of carts or containers. Units are designed to work with the room pressure cascade and the access control sequence of the cleanroom.
- Personnel and goods configurations
- Customized chamber depth for large loads
- Automatic blow cycle with interlocked doors
- Electrical connection and filter access coordinated with the room installation
Configuration and Automation Integration
Every unit in the Cleanroom Equipment range can be supplied with a control package matched to the project. Simple installations may use manual switches and local differential pressure gauges; regulated production areas can use airflow sensors, pressure transmitters and PLC-based operation.
Where the cleanroom uses a wider personnel and material access sequence, we can link pass box and air shower controls into the same interlock system. This is particularly relevant in GMP corridors where simultaneous door opening must be prevented.
- Filter monitoring via airflow or differential pressure sensors
- Door interlocking and access sequence control
- Local indication panels with alarm outputs
- Interface points for connection to facility monitoring systems
Materials, Finishes and Cleanability
The equipment range uses SS304 as the main material, with smooth, non-porous surfaces and sealed construction to minimize particle generation and microbial growth. This design supports the cleaning and disinfection procedures required in pharmaceutical and medical device environments.
Our compliance-oriented design is built to support ISO 14644, GMP and FDA facility requirements, and each unit is supplied with the technical documentation needed for project acceptance and validation.
- SS304 primary structure with cleanable interior corners
- Sealed joints and gaskets where the unit meets the cleanroom wall or ceiling
- Materials selected for compatibility with common disinfectants
- Unit design coordinated with room pressure differentials and airflow direction
Manufacturing, Quality and Project Delivery
Pharma United operates its own manufacturing facilities in Kunshan and Qianjiang, with a production base of more than 20,000 m². We produce cleanroom equipment alongside cleanroom panels, doors and windows, which gives us direct control over fabrication quality, surface finish and delivery timing.
Unlike a trading company, we manufacture the products we quote. Our engineering team has an average of more than 10 years of on-site experience and supports projects with BIM visualization and full installation services. We have delivered projects across Africa, the Middle East, South Asia and other international markets.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can a weighing booth be supplied for an existing room?
Yes. We use the available floor area, ceiling height and return air path to configure a self-contained booth with its own fan and filter package, or coordinate the unit with the room supply and exhaust system.
What pass box options are available?
Pass boxes can be configured as static interlocked units for routine material transfer, or with HEPA-filtered ventilation where the cleanliness of the receiving room must be maintained during transfer. Dimensions, mounting style and door interlocking are customized for the wall system.
How do you support GMP or validation documentation?
We provide technical documentation, material information and as-built records to support DQ, IQ and OQ preparation. For turnkey projects, our engineering team can coordinate with the owner and consultant so that equipment interfaces, installation records and operational documentation match the project schedule.
Can laminar air flow units be integrated into a production line?
Yes. We can match the work surface depth, filter arrangement and airflow direction to the production line layout, and provide PLC integration where the unit must operate in sequence with other equipment.
What site preparation is required for an air shower?
The main requirement is electrical supply for the fan and control system. In a full cleanroom project, we coordinate the unit position, door swing, filter access and pressure connection with the enclosure and the room HVAC system so the air shower becomes part of the access control sequence.
